Service Description
This class uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to give you a total body workout. All major muscle groups will be put to the test in this full-body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Muscle groups include squats to target the legs and glutes, chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders and core. The instructor(s) will coach you through the moves and techniques with encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, and ready to come back for more. Instructors will show options if necessary so everyone leaves the workout feeling successful. Equipment: hand weights (a variety of 5-20lbs), mat for floor/core work. Bring a water bottle and a towel as you will sweat!
