Service Description
This high-energy class blends heart-pumping cardio with focused core work to give you a total body burn. Expect dynamic movement to a variety of music to get your heart pumping, followed by targeted exercises to strengthen the core; abs, glutes, quads, hamstrings, obliques and back. Whether you are looking to boost endurance, build a strong, stable core, or just sweat it out, this class delivers! All levels are welcome, and modifications are always offered whether you prefer high or low impact. Equipment: hand weights (a variety of 3-12lbs), resistance band and a mat for floor/core work. Bring a water bottle and a towel as you will sweat
